DFT Lead

What You’ll Do

You will work on DFT Architecture, Flow, Implementation, Verification and post silicon bring up.

Who You’ll Work With

You’ll work closely with the DFT team for Integration and verification of DFT features. You will also have interaction with Design/Physical Design/STA/ATE teams as needed.

Who You Are

  • You have at least 10 years of Design for Test experience.
  • You must have sound knowledge on MBIST/SCAN/ATPG/JTAG
  • You should have good hands-on experience on Memory BIST generation, Insertion, verification on RTL/Netlist level.
  • You must have sound knowledge on Scan Insertion techniques at block level and Chiptop level
  • You must have prior experience on Test structures for DFT, IP Integration, ATPG Fault models, testpoint insertion and coverage improvement techniques
  • You should have sound Knowledge on JTAG for IEEE1149.1/6 standards.
  • You should have industry standard tool proficiency in Scan Insertion, ATPG, MBIST and JTAG (Synopsys/Mentor tools).
  • You should have sound knowledge on Test mode timing constraints.
  • You should have cross domain knowledge to resolve DFT issues with Design, Synthesis, Physical Design, STA team.
  • You should have experience on gate level simulations with notiming and SDF based simulation for DFT modes
  • You should own responsibility within the team for successful tapeout of the projects.
  • You are a good team player with excellent communication skills to work with a variety of teams during integration.
  • You should have good knowledge on Perl/ Tcl scripting skills.

Senior Physical Verification Engineer – Top Level Physical Design

What You’ll Do

You will complete Physical Verification checks (DRC, LVS, Antenna) and flow set up on chip level. You will also work with the Physical Design team on methodology bring up and testing.

Who You’ll Work With

You’ll work closely with Physical Verification, Integration, and Physical Design teams (both block and top level). You will also have interaction with foundry and EDA vendors as needed.

Who You Are

  • You have at least 10 years of Physical Verification (DRC, LVS, Antenna) and chip integration experience.
  • You must have experience within advanced process nodes.
  • You should be familiar with industry standard software (Calibre, ICV, etc)
  • You are a good team player with excellent communication skills to work with a variety of teams during integration.

It would be a big plus if

  • You had Perl/ Tcl scripting skills.

Senior Physical Design Engineer – Top Level Physical Design

What You’ll Do

You will focus on Top Level Physical Design, including PG planning and pin assignment. You will work on Top level clock design, implementation, and integration as well as IO Planning and Implementation.

Who You’ll Work With

You’ll work closely with the Top Physical Design, Methodology, Block Physcial Design and Physical Verification teams.

Who You Are

  • You are experienced in Top Level Physical Design with at least 10 years working with large, high-performance designs
  • You have a good understanding of chip level design challenges in advanced process nodes including power considerations, pin assignment, bump, and IO handling.
  • You should be an expert-level user of at least one of the industry standard P&R software (Innovus or ICC2)
  • You must have strong Perl/ Tcl scripting skills.
  • You are a strong team player with excellent communication skills.

It would be a big plus if

  • You had exposure to block level P&R and signoff.

CAD Engineer

What You’ll Do

The candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining most of the CAD flows in Innovium. These include many of the tools used by the physical design team. This includes, but is not limited to, software infrastructure for machine allocations, dashboards, cockpit GUI’s, and one of the company’s internal web sites. The candidate may also get involved in lab automation.

Role and Impact

We are seeking an experienced IP attorney to join Innovium as part of our dynamic and evolving legal team. This position is based at Innovium’s offices in San Jose, CA. The attorney hired for this position will be accountable to provide best of class legal support across Innovium’s various business activities, but with a key focus on intellectual property, patents and transactional work. The position will report to the Company’s Vice President and General Counsel. As an early team member, you will play a critical role building the legal team from the ground up.

What You’ll Do

  • Manage internal stakeholders and external counsel focusing on maintaining and expanding our patent portfolio.
  • Draft and negotiate various types of agreements, including software licensing agreements, strategic relationships, and vendor and technology contracts.
  • Advise senior leadership on strategic management and development of Innovium’s intellectual property portfolio
  • Lead internal IP council consisting of business and engineering stakeholders to determine actions to be taken on IP portfolio
  • Review proposed publications and conference materials to ensure IP protection is maintained
  • Advise business teams on legal issues related to IP
  • Provide global legal support to the business as part of an integrated team of in-house attorneys as well as external law firms.

Who You Are

  • Requirements for this role include a strong patent / IP transactional background and at least 5+ years’ experience at a dynamic in-house environment and/or a top law firm. Preferred candidates will have worked in both environments. Computer Science or Electrical Engineering background or experience a plus.
  • J.D. with excellent academic credentials
  • 3+ years’ experience in law firm setting working in patent strategy and prosecution
  • Knowledgeable in IP portfolio development and strategy, open-source legal compliance and trade secret protection
  • Excellent understanding of intellectual property case law, rules and regulations

Senior IT Administrator

What You’ll Do

Innovium has an immediate job opportunity for a Senior IT Admin in our San Jose CA location.

In this position, you will use your work with the IT team to support the corporate and lab infrastructure. From rack/stack servers to building new servers and working on new project rollouts.
