Coronavirus: Innovium Update to Customers & Partners

Dear Customers and Partners,

The coronavirus pandemic has created significant disruptions in our industry and impacted everyone’s lives worldwide. I am reaching out to provide an update on Innovium and how we are working through this fluid, evolving period.

Like others, our first priority is the safety and health of our employees, customers, partners and communities, and we truly hope you are all doing well. Innovium was one of the first companies in Silicon Valley and Bangalore to start employee work-from-home practices. We quickly implemented CDC recommended policies, social distancing along with travel and visitor restrictions. Our teams across all departments and geographies rapidly adapted to working remotely with best-in-class collaboration tools, and we are continuing operations in an efficient and effective manner.

On the business front, we have a strong balance sheet, committed team, compelling products, world-class customers, and are ramping revenues. Working with our partners, we are doing our best to deliver to our customer commitments, and continuing to execute on a strong product roadmap. We also continue to hire and expand our team across R&D functions. We believe we are well positioned to power through this unusual period and emerge as a stronger company.

In the coming weeks, we are closely monitoring the coronavirus situation with new data, regulation/guidance from the authorities and best practices from experts and industry peers. We will be fully transparent and provide you updates as required.
