Rajiv Khemani, CEO & Founder

Rajiv Khemani
Rajiv Khemani is CEO & founder of Innovium. He has over 20 years of business management and
leadership experience in startup and public companies. Previously Rajiv was COO of Cavium (nasdaq: CAVM), a leading
cloud and mobile infrastructure solutions company. At Cavium, he held executive roles over a 10-year period leading
marketing, sales, engineering & operations, helping the company achieve a successful IPO and a multi-billion
dollar valuation. Rajiv also spent 5 years at Intel (nasdaq: INTC), where he was GM of Intel’s network processor
business. He joined Intel as a result of the acquisition of Netboost, a network processor startup. Earlier in
his career, he worked at Netapp and Sun Microsystems. Rajiv is also an investor in several infrastructure software
startups and has served on the Management Board of the Stanford Business School. He holds an MBA from Stanford
University, an MS CS from NYU and a BS in Computer Science & Engineering from IIT Delhi.

Puneet Agarwal, CTO & Founder

Puneet Agarwal
Puneet Agarwal is CTO & founder of Innovium. He has over 20 years of experience in defining
and architecting groundbreaking products. Previously Puneet was Senior Director and Distinguished Engineer at
Broadcom (nasdaq: BRCM) in their infrastructure products group. During his 10-year tenure at Broadcom, Puneet
led the architecture definition and execution of Broadcom’s data-center, enterprise and service-provider switching
products, which consistently won in the market and achieved leading market share worldwide. He has over 80 patents
granted or pending. Earlier in his career, Puneet worked at several startups including Pluris. Puneet is active
in the IEEE and IETF standard bodies and was part of the Open Network Foundation (ONF’s) technical advisory group.
He holds a BS in Computer Science & Engineering from IIT Delhi.

Sumeet Gagneja, CFO

Sumeet Gagneja
Sumeet Gagneja is Chief Financial Officer at Innovium. He has over 20 years of leadership roles in Finance functions in
the semiconductor industry and has held various roles at Intel, Avago/Broadcom, Maxim integrated and Xilinx.  He was
most recently at Xilinx as Corporate VP Finance and Chief Accounting Officer, where he led worldwide FP&A (Financial
Planning and Analysis), Accounting/SEC Reporting, Indirect Procurement, and Global Real Estate functions. Early in his
career, Sumeet was an engineer and worked in the automotive industry in Michigan. He has an MBA from Ross School
of Business at the University of Michigan, an MS in Mechanical Engineering from Wayne State University, and a BS in
Mechanical Engineering from Punjab Engineering College.

Bruce Fishbein, CDO

Bruce Fishbein
Bruce Fishbein is Chief Development Officer at Innovium. He is a seasoned engineering leader with extensive
semiconductor & platform experience in infrastructure and consumer products. Before joining Innovium, Bruce was
Corporate Vice President of Engineering for the Semi Custom Business Unit at AMD. He has scaled and led
organizations to deliver a range of leading-edge products in high volume deployments. Previously Bruce worked for
many years at Intel and Cavium in engineering leadership roles. He has a Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering from Stanford
University and a BS in Engineering from Cornell University.

Amit Sanyal, VP of Marketing

Amit Sanyal
Amit Sanyal is VP of Marketing at Innovium. He has over 20 years of strategy, marketing and engineering
leadership experience in the data center infrastructure market. Previously Amit was an Executive Director at
Dell. During his 5 year tenure at Dell, he drove networking solutions in the data center, helping the company
lead an industry transformation to Open Networking along with significant revenue growth. Amit also spent over
11 years at Cisco, managing marketing and product management organizations in switching, routing and server data
center infrastructure, driving market leadership positions and generating billions of dollars in revenues. Prior
to Cisco, Amit was a management consultant at McKinsey, a premier management consulting firm. Earlier in his
career, he worked at Sun Microsystems. He holds an MBA from Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania
and a BS in Computer Science & Engineering from IIT Delhi.

Stuart Krometis, VP of Sales & BD

Stuart Krometis VP of WW Sales and Business Development at Innovium. He has over 20 years of sales and
business management experience in startup and public companies. Previously Stuart was VP of Sales of NA and
EMEA at Marvell Semiconductor managing over $1B in revenue. Stuart began to implement the new strategy and
target markets for the company and his team closed over $1B in new Design Wins. Stuart spent 8 years at Cavium
where he was VP of Sales. He led the team to close major deals and ramp revenues at Cisco which enabled the
company to IPO and helped build lasting strategic partnerships. Earlier in his career he worked at AMCC (now
part of Macom) and built the strategic account team to focus on its core markets and customers. He holds
a BBA from Roanoke College in Virginia.

Syed Zaheer, VP of Operations

Syed Zaheer is Vice President of Operations at Innovium. He has over 20 years of semiconductor operations
management and leadership experience in startup and public companies. Previously, Syed was SVP, Global
Operations Engineering at Marvell Semiconductor. Before Cavium’s acquisition by Marvell, he was VP of
Operations at Cavium for over 17 years from early stage of the company responsible for establishing and
growing the operations team including quality and reliability through IPO and $1B annual revenue run
rate. Prior to Cavium, Syed was at IDT for 10 years managing operation engineering teams for microprocessor,
networking and memory product groups. He holds an MSEE degree from Arizona State University and BSEE
from Osmania University, Hyderabad.
